Returns
7-Day Policy
If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, of course you may return it, but you must do so within seven days of receipt; no credit or refund will be issued for items sent back after the first week.
Please follow these instructions when returning an item:
- Notify me via email, customerservice@bejeweledbygina.com before sending the shipment, be sure to include your email address and/or phone number should I need to contact you. Any items received without notification will be returned to you.
- Send it back in the original Bejeweled by Gina gift box.
- Enclose a copy of the packing slip, and please add a note at the bottom describing the reason for the return.
- Also note whether you’d like a “Refund Check” or “Store Credit.”
- Ship the package Insured, via Priority Mail (or similar shipment method with tracking), with Delivery Confirmation.
Refund – OR – Store Credit
If Items are returned, you will receive a check from us within seven days of receipt; shipping charges will not be included as part of your refund. We do not issue credit card refunds!
