If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftsmanship we will repair your item at no cost or offer you a refund or store credit. Please note: gemstones and minerals are natural materials derived from the earth and may have markings, inclusions, unusual colors, or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the stones and are considered part of their beauty.

One-of-a-kind availability

Please be careful to check the availability of items… Bejeweled by Gina® designs are “one-of-a-kind” and will never be reproduced, due to the rarity of the stones used. But if you see something you like and the item is sold, we may be able to create a similar design for you. If you see something you like, grab it quickly! As soon as a jewelry piece is sold we will create something new to take its place. So, please remember to check back often as new items will be added frequently!
